Problem

The premium Retail chain of clothing stores in Hyderabad wanted to centralize their after sales stitching service.

Solution

Vervitude first identified the types of stitching jobs and evaluated the cost in terms of materials and manpower followed by defining the pricing. Once a pricing was set the next step was to set up a quality check process, followed by a process for logistics, then process for payments.

Once all processes were defined. A documentation system was created to track the package and a reporting process for management to get a holistic picture of operations.

The staff was trained on the new process and monitoring till the new setup was fully implemented, with limited or no errors.
